“Excellent tour, 8 of us were picked up at Dalmeny Station on time and had a wonderful day. Relived all the scenes in the series as well as stories of how things were filmed and local color. Scenery is beautiful, scrumptious lunch at "Inverness " and tours of all the great castles and of course Jamies' beloved Lallybroch. Highly recommend!!”

“Such an incredible tour of the Highlands! My husband and I loved that we could get out of the tour van and hike the Highlands. The scenery is spectacular; however, John's information about the history of the Highlands took the tour to the next level. We ended up doing two more tours: Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park with wonderful hiking and awe-inspiring views; also did the Standing Stones tour and Inverarary Castle, and through John we learned so much about the people and past of Scotland. We had traveled throughout Europe in August and the tours through Scotland's Wild were the best we experienced. We will be returning!”

“Both my wife and I felt our time and experience at Strathblane Falconry on Sunday, 26/09/21 was greatly worthwhile. I had arranged this surprise experience for my wife to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary and when she came to know what we were going to be doing she was so delighted. We signed up for the taster session and managed to achieve plenty personal time with the birds. We gained a deeper knowledge of the birds living conditions and at any point of the experience was given the opportunity to ask questions all of which we got answers to. It is with confidence we can say falconry guide Graeme Neilson is a true and dedicated professional. He was friendly, calm and knowledgeable. Graeme gave us clear instructions of what to do and not to do before bringing out the birds. But most of all he was down to earth, passionate and this showed in his birds as they were outstanding in there performance which made our experience even more enjoyable. Graeme has left us with a lasting impression and we have full faith that he would do the same for anyone else who wishes to experience falconry. “Genuinely one of my favourite places I have ever visited. Spontaneously went during the week in the spring and it was beautiful. The boat ride to the island is very affordable and pleasant with nice commentary about the islands on the Loch. Remember to leave no trace and bring home everything that you take!”

“Terrific experience & highlight of our UK trip. We took a 1-day tour to Glenfinnan Viaduct from Edinburgh. Pros: Small coaches keeps the group size small, thoughtfully crafted routes with time for exploring the best places and getting photos, Scottish music, plenty of history, and knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Cons: There honestly were none! Only thing we regretted is that we couldn’t carry on with our tour guide Frank for longer. The tour was a full day of adventure that never felt like it dragged on and we were sad when it was over. We could have continued exploring Scotland with Frank for days on end. “Chill venue, cool wee shop with random items in it. It's a nice atmosphere when there's music playing and people dancing. Be aware though that the music can get SUPER loud with a band on stage, so bring earplugs with you if you don't fancy getting deafened.”
